SAY NO TO NAIL BUBBLING !!!

HEY LOVES. I know It's been ages since I've posted on my blog...Well It's summer and I was off for vacation and have some other things to take care too ...BUT I'm here again to give you some tips on how to stop your nails from bubbling...
 Oooh gosh ..I hate when I finish a really good manicure and then my nail polish start  bubbling..so I did a research online to find ways to prevent my nail polish from those ugly bubbles.
In other cases I love bubbles , but on my nails ohhhh no no hun you have to get off me !!!

 TIPS ON HOW TO PREVENT YOUR NAILS FROM BUBBLING:


1. - After you remove your previous nail polish with polish remover, wash your hands before reapplying the new coats. I never realised this but the nail polish remover stays on your nails and can cause the polish to bubble and chip more easily!

2. - Don't shake your nail polish bottle. Instead, just roll it in your hands. The more you shake, the more likely it is for the polish to get little bubbles which you will then paint onto your nails.


3. - Avoid overly thick polish. If your polish is getting old, just add a bit of nail polish remover to it so that it thins out!

4. - Lift the brush as little as possible when applying, try to do long strokes. Short strokes seem to allow more air to get into the polish so if you use long slow strokes it will help eliminate this issue.

5. - Don't do your nails on a really hot day or if your body temperature is up after exercise. Heat from our bodies can actually cause the nail polish to become a bit unhappy and bubble up! 

OMBRE WATERMELON NAILS (tutorial)

Hello August and hello watermelon nails. What you gonna need to achievethis nail effect .
1) A make up sponge
2)white - coral or pink nail polish-light green or mint nail polish- black nail polish
3)base and top coat
 

Let's begin: First apply your fav base coat, then with the white nail polish apply one coat of it. Let it dry and then take your make up sponge and apply one layer of pink or coral on top , white in the middle and green on the bottom so we can have the ombre effect on our sponge.
Next step is to dab on your finger the make up sponge with the three colours in a slight up and down motion to create the ombre effect. Apply a top coat before you draw some seeds on the pink side ,we do this step to settle the colours in place and be more gradient . Let the top coat dry and later apply some seeds and again a generous amount of top coat....Aaaand your done!!!!

How to gradient palm tree nails tutorial

This is how I've decided to do my summery gradient palm tree nails. I coloured my nails white and on my middle finger i've decided to use the colour combo of the sea,sky and sand to create this ombre effect.

GOLDEN ROSE AND DIVINE LUX NAIL POLISH REVIEW (GREEK - ENGLISH)

Να μαι πάλι!!! Σ αυτό το blog θα σας κάνω ένα review για δύο καινούρια μανό που χουν μπει εδώ και λίγο καιρό στη συλλογή μου. Αφού, λοιπόν , τα δοκίμασα και είδα πως είναι είπα να το μοιραστώ μαζί σας . Σε περίπτωση που θελήσετε να αγοράσετε και εσείς τα συγκεκριμένα μανό αλλά το σκεφτόσασταν.

Τα μανό που αγόρασα είναι ένα φιστικί θα το λεγα εγώ χρωματάκι της Golden Rose και ένα πορτοκαλί - καροτί χρώμα απο DIVINE LUX. Τα μανό αυτά τα αγόρασα από ένα κατάστημα που είναι του ενός ευρώ (όχι όλα τα προ'ι'όντα του) στην Ερμού ( είναι απέναντι από το TALLY WEiJL κατάστημα).----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Hey It's me again!!! :P In this blog im goona make a review for two nail polishes that I bought recently and became a part of my nail polish collection. Well, before I start doing this review for you. I've tried these nail polishes 1st on myself. So after I saw the results of keeping them on my nails for a proper time, I've decided to share it with you (i case you wanna buy them too).

  I bought two nail polishes from a store in Ermou street In Athens,one from Golden Rose in mint colour and the other from DIVINE LUX on orange.This store sells almost everything for about one eurw till 5 I think.

 Ας ξεκινήσουμε.Το μανό της GOLDEN ROSE ακούει στον αριθμό 361 και είναι ωραίο φιστικι χρώμα. Έχει εξαιρετική απόδοση και επίσης έχει μια πολύ καλη διάρκεια πάνω στο φυσικό νύχι. Δηλαδή μένει στο νύχι 4 με 5 μέρες (σε μένα προσωπικά τόσο κράτησε). Αν έχετε gel ή ακρυλικά ή ψεύτικα νύχια πιστέψτε με έχει πολυυυυ μεγάλη διάρκεια.Δεν χρειάζεται πολλά περάσματα , με δύο στρώσεις είστε κομπλέ.________________________________________ Let's start!!! The 1st nail polish that Im gonna talk about ,is frome GoldenRose the number 361. It's a mint colour very summery !!! This colour for my surprise is really pigmented and long lasting. it was on my nails about 4 to 5 days so believe me it is gooood(personaly on my stayed on for such a long time). If you have gel or acrylic or claws belive me is gonna stay on loger than you think and your natural nails.

 Το μανό απο DIVINE LUX  που ακούει στον αριθμό 240 και έχει ένα ωραίο καροτί - πορτοκαλί χρώμα , έχει επίσης εξαιρετική απόδοση χρώματος και διάρκειας. Το μόνο μείον του για μένα προσωπικά είναι πως σε σύγκριση με το μανό απο GOLDEN ROSE αυτό θέλει λίγο παραπάνω χρόνο για να στεγνώσει. Αλλά κατά τ' άλλα είναι πολύ ωραίο καλοκαιρινό χρώμα.________________________________________ The 2nd nail polish is from DIVINE LUX the number 240 .It's an orange colour ,very vivid and summery. Is such a pigment and long polish too. But the only negative compare it with the mint colour of Golden Rose is that take more time to dry .That's theonly negative that I found for it.

   Και τα δύο μανό τα πήρα γύρω στα 2 ευρώ και πιστεύω πως δεν έχουν να ζηλέψουν τίποτα απο τα άλλα μανό του εμπορίου που μερικές φορές στοιχίζουν παραπάνω και δεν κάνουν και καλή δουλειά. _____________________Both nail polishes cost me only 2 euro and I believe they are really good .Those nail poishes can be really comparable ith any other brand nail polishes .

YUMMY NAILS - WATERMELON NAIL ART TUTORIAL(GREEK-ENGLISH)

Φρουτώδη νύχια ...αμέ αμέ νύχια και φρούτα μαζί, ΤΙ?!?! ...Πού ακούστηκε αυτό!!??Πώς γίνετε?!! Δείτε τις φωτό και το tutorial μου, με τα νύχια καρπούζι και θα καταλάβετε. Είναι μια πολύ ωραία πρόταση για να παίξετε το καλοκαίρι με τα νύχια σας. Δεν είναι δύσκολο να γίνουν ,άσε που δίνουν ένα παιχνιδιάρικο τόνο στα νύχια και το στύλ σας.

Just be creative, design the fruit combo you want or your favorite one. If you want any ideas check out pinterest and instagram too ...plenty of nail bloggers have done designs with fruit nails.

TUTORIAL !!!

STEP BY STEP :
1) The background colour is up to you . I prefered here to use white. After you applied the colour of your preference ,draw small triangle shapes with a fuschia nail polish .
2)Then with a green nail polish draw one line on each triangle. It's up to you how and where youwant to draw it (be playful :) )
3)With a lighter green got to the previous darker green line you made ,and above it draw a small lighter green.Just for a good effect
4) Draw some black dots and your done!! Ohhh don't forget to ppply a generous coate of top coat, so everything is gonnabe in place!!! --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ΒΗΜΑ - ΒΗΜΑ ΠΩΣ ΝΑ ΚΑΝΕΤΕ ΤΑ ΝΥΧΙΑ ΚΑΡΠΟΥΖΙ:
1) Το χρώμα που θα επιλέξετε ως βάση πριν αρχίσετε το σχέδιο το αφήνω πάνω σας (εγώ το κανα σε άσπρο για να φανεί καλύτερα το σχέδιο).Αφού έχετε περάσει το χρώμα της επιλογής , σχηματίζετε μικρά φούξια τριγωνάκια.
2)Με ένα πράσινο μανό ,περάστε από μια γραμμή στο κάθε τριγωνάκι
3)Μετά παίρνουμε ένα πιο ανοιχτό πράσινο, για να δημιουργήσουμε ένα ωραίο εφέ , και το περνάμε ακριβώς πάνω στη γραμμή που εφάπτεται το φούξια με το πιο σκουρο πράσινο.
4) Με ένα μαύρο μανο κάνουμε δυο μικρές τελείες και το σχέδιό μας είναι έτοιμο.ΜΗ ξεχνάτε να βάζετε πάντα top coat, έτσι το σχέδιο θα δείχνει ομοιόμορφο.
